The green brick wall is GONE! We watched a video (thanks to Ms Sands) of the green wall coming down. We discussed and brainstormed our ideas and then wrote a description about it. Here are a few of our authors.

A big yellow digger comes and crashed its big metal claw into the green wall. The digger's arm is like a big tunnel with a huge scoop on the end. The bricks fly like butterflies in the air and fall with a crash. R.I.P. GREEN WALL.

Slowly the ginormous digger crushes small chunks of bricks as our class watches. Soon half of the wall is demolished! Dragging a dump load of bricks the digger uses its ice-cream like scoop to break up big parts of brick. Finally the wall is completely destroyed. R.I.P. Green Wall.

Standing as still as a soldier the bright yellow digger slowly mashes and crashes the old, green brick wall. The metal claws of the digger scratches the wall with its claws that were sharp like a knife. As the green bricks tumble one by one the diggers gets his work done. Lots of brick lying on the green grass.
The green wall wondered, 'Why are they doing this to my beautiful, amazing life? I will miss the kids playing fun ball games with me and aiming rugby and soccer balls at me. But now I have to go. Bye bye kids.'

Slowly the yellow digger went down and smashed the cold bricks. The green wall was standing straight like a soldier. When the digger's arm stretched out wide it came down and smashed the green wall. Then the digger took the bricks one by one.

Slowly the large yellow digger moves towards the dark, green wall. Scooping the green bricks with its long, stretchy arm they crash towards the ground. At the end of the arm is a hand shaped dinosaur claw. The diggers goes towards the wall and demolishes the green wall and then all that is left is dirt and bricks. R.I.P green wall.

I saw the digger smashing the green wall down. Then the digger was smashing the wall like a hammer. The diggers scoops up the big, green wall and then smashes it on the green grass.
